Payment Terms

All custom orders require a 50% deposit.  The final 50% balance is due immediately upon receipt of goods and/or completion of the service provided.  Failure to abide by these terms, may result in legal action.

Estimated Lead-Times

Due to circumstanced beyond our control and ongoing supply chain issues, all lead-times are estimated.   Neither Delaware Glass Services, Inc., nor its suppliers, guarantee turnaround times.  We work with many suppliers to ensure our orders are filled as quickly as possible, but delays on special orders are beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns

Any unfulfilled orders can be cancelled within three (3) business days of approval.  After three (3) days, stock materials and supplies can be returned in their original condition, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All custom orders are made-to-order and are non-refundable.  Labor charges will be credited for services not already provided.  However, any labor charges already incurred will not be refunded.  After three (3) business days, cancellation requests on custom orders will not be honored.
